Pharmacy Weight Loss Sowerby Bridge is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Sowerby Bridge and the surrounding UK. We reserve the right to decline a consultation or prescription request if we determine it is not clinically appropriate for you. Eligibility for specific weight loss treatments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis by our qualified prescriber.
All prescription medicines dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers following a clinical consultation. We do not dispense prescription medicines without appropriate clinical review.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely. We do not store your full card details. In the event that a prescription cannot be issued following clinical review, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been clinically approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day via a tracked courier service to your registered UK address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient. It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been clinically approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us promptly by email or telephone.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines for reasons of patient safety and legal compliance. This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or incorrect goods.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange an appropriate remedy.
